David was the City of Calgary’s technical lead on the development and implementation of regional transit services. This technical role included the following:

• Service Plan Development, Approval and Implementation (Airdrie)

• Completed of Transit Feasibility Studies (Okotoks and Cochrane)

• Securing provincial funding for regional transit fleet and facilities (Airdrie)

• Procurement of transit fleet (Airdrie)

• Guidance on contracted service delivery approaches (region wide)

• Regular reporting to Municipal Councils and the Calgary Regional Partnership Executive Committee on Regional Transportation
