David was a Planning Lead during the emergency response and recovery during the 2013 Calgary Flood.  This natural disaster caused a significant 13-day transit service disruption which included the temporary loss of the South LRT Line, Victoria Park Transit Garage and Transit Control Centre. David's responsibilities during this significant unplanned event included:

• Planning lead for service disruption planning of bus and LRT replacement services

• On-street operations support

• Coordinating and conducting daily facility inspections

• Customer support
