David was the Service Planning Lead and Project Manager for the Route 300 (Airport BRT) and 305 (Bowness-17 Avenue BRT). Project responsibilities included

• Designing and implementing two full service BRT services from concept to revenue service

• Creating the recommended service plan using data forecasts, technical analysis, and operational assessments

• Planning and executing public engagement and communications programs

• Project managing the construction of BRT stops and amenities
